Shipping policy

Domestic shipping : FLAT 100 INR

Free domestic shipping on orders above 750 INR.

International shipping : Shipping rates start from 1500 INR and is calculated depending on the country.

Orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days.

Orders can't be cancelled once placed. However, changes can be requested at noolcompanyinfo@gmail.com before the order is shipped.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 business days in case of damage or wrong product incase of domestic orders.

To return:

- Email us at noolcompanyinfo@gmail.com along with pictures and the reason for your return request.

- Once your return request is accepted, we will arrange for a pickup.

The refund will be processed to original mode of payment once the returned product reaches us.

To exchange:

- Email us at noolcompanyinfo@gmail.com along with pictures and the reason for your exchange request.

- Once your exchange request is accepted, we will deliver the new product and pick up the damaged/wrong product.

Kindly note that the products have to be new and unused.

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchange and returns for international orders.
